We are seeking a RELIABLE and highly skilled and dedicated ARMED GUARD to join our security team near LAX in WESTCHESTER, CA. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional conflict management skills and the ability to maintain a secure environment. You must be a well-spoken, professional, and thoughtful self-starter whose experience enables them to take initiative, think on their feet, and be attentive to security needs as they present. As an ARMED GUARD, you will be responsible for protecting property, personnel, and assets while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Duties
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action
• Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks.
• Provide first aid and CPR as necessary in emergency situations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
• Report accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations when required.
Experience
• Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with INTEGRITY as well as part of a team
