Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated bar & food servers to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding hospitality, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organised environment.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience
Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during service
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
Maintain an organised work area, including cleaning tables and replenishing cutlery and condiments.
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous
Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests
