Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
Part time
$35 – $40 per hour

We require a minimum of 1-2 years of proven bookkeeping experience for this position.
The Role:
As our part-time bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in keeping our finances running smoothly. You’ll work closely with management to ensure compliance with reporting and tax requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations
BAS preparation and lodgement
Financial reporting and data entry
Liaising with our accountant as needed
Answering the phones and assisting the administration team when necessary
About You:
Proven bookkeeping experience (Xero proficiency preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Familiarity with Australian tax regulations
A proactive attitude and good communication skills
Australian work rights are required for this position
Job Details:
Location: Hendra, Brisbane
Hours: Part-time (approx. 15-20 hours, 2–3 days per week – flexible)
