Full job description
We are looking for an experienced part-time caretaker to complete common area cleaning for 3 brand new high end apartment buildings in Toorak and Northcote. Base hours are 18.5 per week plus all travel between sites is also paid and days of work are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday This role would be best suited to someone that has their own car as public transport can be challenging in these areas.
Duties include cleaning of common areas only, lift polishing, glass cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc. As the Caretaker/cleaner, you will also be monitoring minor repairs and maintenance requirements to our friendly helpdesk and maintenance team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team, who is passionate and has great attention to detail. All cleaning equipment, chemicals and uniform are all provided. Minimum Level 1 cleaning experience but happy to work around this for the right candidate.
