Description: Part Time Clerk Typist
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in related positions.
• Familiarity and experience with school operations and processes.
• Ability to read, write and clearly communicate with students, staff, administration, and community members.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve, set goals, and work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers, Google applications, answering phones, coordinating schedules, word processing, and other relative clerical responsibilities.
• Must pass a criminal history background check and provide proof of US citizenship or resident alien status.
• Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician.
• Possess a valid NJ Motor Vehicle Driver’s License.
Working Conditions: 10 month, 4 hours per day, Salary: $26,728.00
Start Date: Upon hire

Effective September 1, 2011, all employees of school districts must reside in the State of New Jersey, unless exempted under law. If you already work for the school district as of September 1, 2011, and you do not live in New Jersey, you are not required to move to New Jersey. However, if you begin your office, position or employment on September 1, 2011 or later, you must reside in New Jersey. If you do not reside in New Jersey, you have one year after the date you take your office, position or employment to relocate your residence to New Jersey. If you do not do so, you are subject to removal from your office, position or employment.
