We are looking for a friendly, experienced and well-presented Customer Service Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

As part of our Concierge team, you will be responsible for:

Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly courteous manner

Signing in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments

Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate

Answering questions about venues and providing all relevant information

Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff

Processing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting payments

Updating details in membership system

Issuing Workers’ Gift Cards

Taking member bookings for the Club courtesy bus

Facilitate cloak room service; and

Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.

Requirements:

12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation

Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints

Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook

Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card

Polite phone etiquette; and

Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
