Job Description
This role is content-first. The primary focus is filming, brainstorming, and developing on-camera content that can be repurposed into high-performing short-form clips.
Schedule:
2 days per week
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (6 hours total)
Fully in-person
Filming days will be agreed upon in advance and remain consistent week to week
One day filming podcast/content at my office
One day filming on location around Toronto (condos, neighbourhoods, neighbourhood features, etc.)
Responsibilities Content Creation & Filming (Primary Focus)
Serve as an on-camera podcast co-host for a Toronto real estate podcast
Participate naturally in unscripted conversations (discussion, reactions, follow-ups)
Film long-form real estate videos (YouTube-style content, market discussions, tours)
Be comfortable both on camera and behind the camera when needed
Help structure content so it can later be cut into short-form clips
Ideation & Creative Collaboration
Brainstorm podcast episode topics and long-form video ideas
Collaborate on hooks, angles, and formats for short-form content
Offer creative input and feedback during planning and filming sessions
Stay aware of trends and formats that perform well in short-form and long-form video
Light Business Support (Secondary)
Assist occasionally with light administrative or content-related tasks as needed
Support basic organization around filming days or content planning
What This Role Is Not
❌ Not an editing-heavy position
❌ Not a social media posting or community management role
Requirements
Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking scripted and unscripted
Prior experience creating video content (podcast, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Strong communication skills and creative instincts
Reliable, punctual, and prepared for in-person filming
Comfortable signing on-screen consent and content ownership agreements
Able to travel locally in Toronto for filming days
Big plus if you:
Have a growing personal social media account
Have experience creating high-performing content (strong views, retention, or engagement)
Understand how long-form content feeds short-form clips
Have appeared on podcasts or collaborative video content before
