Job Description
Responsibilities:
Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, texts and other communication channels to promote F45 Port Credit studio memberships and services.
Handle a high volume of leads at various levels of interest and effectively nurture them through the sales process.
Maintain impeccable organization and tracking of leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed and follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.
Collaborate with owners and management to develop sales strategies and tactics to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
Utilize your high energy and enthusiasm to create engaging conversations and build rapport with potential clients.
Occasionally attend in-person meetings with owners and management to discuss sales performance and strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for engaging and persuading potential clients.
Self-driven and motivated individual with a strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of leads.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
A hunger for sales success and a passion for promoting health and fitness.
An innate curiosity to get to know leads, their goals, concerns and pain points and overcome objections.
