Little Joy Co. is a thriving small business specializing in high-quality baby and toddler clothing with custom embroidery options. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced embroiderer (or two) to join our growing team.
Position:
Embroiderer (Independent Contractor)
• Location: Remote – Work from home
• Compensation: Paid per piece (rate negotiable based on experience and efficiency)
• Hours: Set your own schedule, as long as orders are completed in the agreed-upon timeframe
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Strong knowledge of embroidery techniques and garment handling. Ideal candidates are already familiar with hooping, stabilizing, and running embroidery designs with consistent, high-quality results.
• Equipment: Must have your own embroidery machine in good working condition.
• Attention to Detail: Precision is key—ensuring designs are perfectly aligned, thread tension is correct, and final products meet Little Joy Co.’s standards.
• Reliability & Time Management: Ability to manage your own workflow and meet deadlines. Consistency and timeliness are critical in fulfilling customer orders.
Responsibilities:
• Embroider designs on garments according to specified instructions.
• Monitor quality control and ensure all items meet brand standards before shipment.
Ideal Candidate:
• Prior experience with custom embroidery
• Strong sense of ownership over your work and pride in delivering excellent results.
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining attention to detail.
Willing to pick up and drop off at our location in Ipswich, MA (located close to Rt 1 and +5), or be located within 30 minutes of our location
