Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English teacher to join our team at a leading coaching institute. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in English literature and language. As a Class 8-10 English teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and assessing student progress(This will be a Part Time role where the teachers have to take the evening sessions in between 5pm-+pm).
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the exam syllabus and be able to tailor their teaching to help students excel in these competitive exams. You will work closely with students to improve their reading, writing, and comprehension skills, as well as their ability to analyze and interpret complex texts.
In addition to teaching, you will also be responsible for providing feedback to students and parents, participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our coaching institute. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to student success are essential for this role.
