We Require Only Highly Experienced HR For this Part Time Job
1. As the first person in the HR team, creating the organization structure as per the growth plans.
2. Creating the Job Descriptions for each vacancy and also for the existing team members.
3. Attracting the best talent for the created roles, ensuring that they feel excited about the company.
4. Hiring the right talent after very careful tests, assessments and detailed interviews.
5. Onboarding the new talent, inducting and orienting them as integral members of the Team.
6. Creating positive HR policies to ensure optimum productivity and fun@work, along with Mgt. consent.
7. Ensuring that the daily work environment is vibrant and befitting the creative working of the company.
8. Initiate employee engagement activities at work – spot rewards – employee of the month etc.
+. Identify training needs in consultation with the management and the performance levels of each employee.
10. Initiate a performance measurement process through monthly goal-setting and target achievement culture.
11. Ensure the process of exit interviews for any voluntary exits, and ensure the feedback is worked upon.
12. Initiate the process of career path, promotions, role expansions and building new challenges for the team.
13. Ensure that each employee gets a chance to provide feedback (or report any grievances) and resolve them.
14. Manage internal conflicts, if any, and ensure that the entire team feels well integrated – like a family.
15. Manage any administrative works for the office such as house-keeping, safety, compliances, discipline etc.
16. Manage payroll along with existing finance team, ensure prompt full and final settlements of exiting staff.
17. The company may relocate as the expansion happens. Candidates must be willing to relocate too.
Person Profile
1. Must be a Graduate in any field – preferably a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA)
2. Must have strong Experience for Human Resources Management and Administration.
3. The mode of above studies should be regular – not part-time or distance learning mode.
4. Should have good communication skills in Hindi and English – oral and written.
5. Should be a self-starter and enjoy working as a lone member with high initiative and leadership skills.
6. Should be well versed on all the hiring portals and social media (e.g. Indeed, Naukri, PayPal, Rojgar, LinkedIn)
7. Minimum work experience of 5 years would be required. Freshers need not apply, please.
8. Data handling skills on Excel and Google sheets, apart from Word and PowerPoint, would be required.
+. Those having a passion for self-learning, net-research and minimum hand-holding would enjoy this role.
Job Types: Freelance, Part-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
