Location: Calgary - Sage Hill
Schedule: 3 days/week, +:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $30/hour
We’re a Calgary-based residential construction and development company looking for a reliable, versatile, Handyman to support ongoing service work and small-scope tasks across on our site. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tidy, and confident working independently on a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Minor plumbing (faucet install, water line connections)
Minor electrical (switches, light fixtures, smoke detectors)
Drywall patching and touch-ups
Painting and caulking
Basic carpentry repairs (steps, trim, door hardware)
Appliance setup (washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.)
General maintenance work
Requirements:
Valid Alberta driver’s license + vehicle
Your own basic hand/power tools (saws, drills, multi-tool)
Ability to pass a criminal record check
Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and site cleanliness
Can work efficiently without supervision
Preferred Experience:
Background in carpentry, finishing, or renovations
Experience with basic home systems (plumbing/electrical)
Comfortable interacting with homeowners in occupied units
