• Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and other inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Housekeeping Support:
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Replenish supplies and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Food & Beverage Assistance:
- Serve guests in the hotel restaurant or room service (if applicable).
- Maintain cleanliness and order in dining areas.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Flexible schedule with availability for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
