About Us

H & R Energy Solutions Ltd is a growing company specialising in residential retrofit projects under the ECO4 and GBIS schemes. We are professional, agile, and supportive, with a commitment to quality work and a friendly, safe environment for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loft insulation installation.

• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from worksites.

• Assist the site supervisor in day-to-day tasks.

• Install trickle vents and perform door undercutting as part of retrofit measures.

• Maintain and organise materials, tools, and equipment.

• Follow health & safety protocols at all times.

• Keep the worksite clean, safe, and well-organised.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices.

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

• Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks and work in loft spaces.

• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential).
