The Role: Consultant. Coach. Culture Architect.

You’ll act as a trusted Human Resources Business Partner for multiple clients, supporting their leaders with hands-on guidance and strategic HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

Be the go-to HR expert for a portfolio of clients: offering high-touch, high-trust support in areas like employee relations, policies, benefits & compensation, org design, OH&S, performance, talent acquisition and engagement.

Deliver calm, confident coaching to executives and managers navigating people challenges.

Conduct investigations, guide performance management, and support terminations with care and professionalism.

Lead HR projects: think audits, engagement surveys, onboarding design, compensation reviews, and more.

Contribute to client workshops, L&D sessions, and internal best practices.

Spot opportunities for client growth — and help us expand the impact we can deliver.

What You Bring:

7+ years in progressive HR roles, with at least 5 years as a true HR Manager, HR Business Partner or consultant.

Experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional HR issues across Canadian provinces.

Confidence in all areas of HR: from writing clean policies to navigating tough conversations with empathy and clarity.

Top-notch communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities with grace.

Preference for those in Calgary for in-person work at client offices (~50%).

Occasional travel within Canada (~10% - 25%)

Availability for 10–20 hours/week, with strong overlap during core business hours:

Mon–Thurs: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm MT

Fri: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm MT
