We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Part-Time In-House Contractor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep properties in excellent condition.
Repairs: Efficiently address and resolve repair issues to ensure resident satisfaction and property safety.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and fix potential problems.
Renovations and Upgrades: Assist with minor renovations and property upgrades to enhance value and appeal.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to our residents, ensuring their needs and concerns are promptly addressed.
Collaboration: Work closely with our property management team to ensure seamless operations and high standards of property care.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in general maintenance, repairs, and property management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Flexibility to work 15-25 hours per week, with the possibility of adjusting hours based on workload.
