The ideal candidate is articulate resourceful, and has strong communication skills. We’re looking for someone who loves to discover new information and is capable of adapting to changes quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Be familiar with the caller’s financial situation.
• Have a friendly telephone manner.
• Stay calm when talking to callers.
• Understand the caller’s current financial situation.
• Assist the caller in addressing his or her financial situation.
• Accurately record and input data into the database.
• Send follow-up letters and emails to inform the caller of his or her options.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
