Location: Sydney CBD – Dymocks Building
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week (approx. 18 hrs)
Pay: $35 per hour + super (based on experience)
Bassil Creations Jewellers is a bespoke, family-run jewellery design and manufacturing studio specialising in custom jewellery.
We are seeking a highly organised, confident, and reliable team member with prior jewellery store experience to support our production workflow and client experience.
About the Role
This is an in-store, hands-on position supporting jewellery production coordination and client communication. You will manage jobs from approval through to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional client journey.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with client consultations while providing a high level of customer service before, during, and after purchase
Communicating confidently with clients via phone and email
Managing jewellery orders from start to finish
Tracking production timelines and job details
Liaising daily with the jeweller and director
Booking appointments and jewellery pickups
Maintaining accurate records and job tracking systems
Essential Requirements

Previous experience working in a jewellery store (essential)
Strong understanding of jewellery terminology, metals, and production flow
Confident client communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional presentation and reliability
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience with custom or bespoke jewellery
Production or order management experience
