Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented college student for our Part-Time Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team! Duties
Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across various platforms to boost engagement and brand awareness
Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials using email marketing tools
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies
Handle data entry tasks such as updating contact lists, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining marketing databases
Support the organization of virtual events, webinars, or promotional campaigns by coordinating logistics and communications
Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
Provide general administrative support including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and filing documents
Write engaging, on-brand captions with strong calls to action
Repurpose content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Experience
Prior office management or administrative experience with a focus on marketing support preferred
Familiarity with QuickBooks only because mail chimp is used through that.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) essential
Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
Customer service or customer support background helpful for engaging with clients or partners
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, front desk procedures, or medical/dental receptionist experience advantageous
Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse audiences effectively

Strong caption-writing and messaging skills
Comfortable managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Familiar with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace (or eager to learn)
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
