Job Description
What: Personal Care giver to help with 7 year old son with Cerebral Palsy. He is non verbal and very social, happy, and interactive. Looking for someone to assist him with Personal Care tasks prior to him attending school Monday to Friday mornings. Training will be provided however, preference will be given to candidates with experience/education in these fields.
Once he has left for school the duties would include housekeeping tasks.
Main tasks: Transferring using a lift and/or manual transfer, Range of Motion Exercises, feeding, changing, personal hygiene tasks, and daily house hold chores
Where: We live in the SW - Patterson Hill (15 minute walk from a bus stop)
When: Looking to hire ASAP
Shifts: Monday to Friday 630am to 1030am
Pay: $22-25/hour
The ideal candidate will have experience with working with children with physical disabilities.
