Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour, with quarterly bonus opportunity based on attendance and job performance. Employees who meet bonus criteria may earn total compensation up to the equivalent of $17.00 per hour.
Job Overview
Texas GMP Cleanroom Solutions is hiring a Part-Time Night Janitor to support cleaning operations in a regulated pharmaceutical support environment in Houston.
This role includes cleaning offices, break rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, hallways, warehouse-adjacent areas, post-production support spaces, and other common or support areas. Some assigned areas are PPE-required support areas, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust surfaces, furniture, counters, and work areas
• Vacuum carpets and mats
• Sweep, dust mop, and wet mop floors
• Clean and disinfect sinks, counters, restrooms, locker rooms, and common touchpoints
• Clean break rooms, including tables, microwaves, appliance surfaces, and refrigerators on assigned days
• Refill dispensers from client-provided stock as needed
• Perform periodic and detail cleaning tasks as assigned
• Clean designated warehouse-adjacent, post-production, and other support spaces
• Follow site procedures, checklists, documentation requirements, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements
• Report issues, supply needs, or unusual conditions to a supervisor
• Perform other related duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
Qualifications
• Cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, warehouse, industrial, or other regulated environments is a plus
• Must be dependable and on time
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check. Background review may be conducted in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the position and client site.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
