An Acupuncture Clinic in Chesterfield Valley is looking for an office assistant to work 5-6 mornings per week.

Routine Tasks:
- greeting patients, check-in and check-out.
- answer phone call and schedule appointments.
- prepare patient files before appointments.
- some simple office paper works like create invoice from template, etc.
- back office assistance
Qualifications:
-self-motivated, fast learner, friendly, pleasant and outgoing
-professional and must have good communication skills
-dependable and detail oriented
-organized and able to multi-task
-comfortable with basic computer works like excel, word, very basic data entry task.
