About the Role
We are hiring qualified and experienced Physics tutors to teach Grades 11 and 12 across Indian and international curricula. This is a remote teaching opportunity, exclusively open to educators currently based in Bengaluru or Karnataka.
Who Can Apply
Must currently reside in Bengaluru or Karnataka
Minimum 5 years of Physics teaching experience
Minimum 3 years of online teaching experience
Master’s degree in Physics (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
Familiar with CBSE, ISC, State Boards, NIOS, IB, and IGCSE Physics
Must have a pen tablet or digital writing pad (mandatory)
Not eligible:
Freshers or those without teaching experience
Candidates residing outside Karnataka

Teaching Format
One-to-One personalized online classes
Group classes (15–35 students)
Custom batch creation by board and level
Weekly assignments, quizzes, and doubt-clearing sessions
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live online classes via Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams
Align teaching with board-specific curriculum and exam patterns
Prepare chapter-wise lesson plans, notes, and problem sets
Explain concepts through derivations, numericals, and real-life applications
Guide students with internal assessments and lab work (if applicable)
Track academic progress and maintain student/parent communication
Technical Requirements
Laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone
Pen tablet or digital writing pad is mandatory
High-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
Proficiency with screen sharing, annotations, and online teaching tools
Work Hours
Flexible, based on student schedules
Priority for availability during evenings and weekends
Compensation
Based on curriculum board, grade level, and teaching format
Higher pay for IB DP and A-Level Physics
