Job Specification: Part-Time Business and Private Personal Assistant to high profile Creative
Location: Remote/Hybrid (London-based preferred)
Rate: £25 per hour
Hours: Part-time (flexible hours, approximately 20 hours per week)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Business and Private Personal Assistant to support a dynamic creative professional engaged in both business and private ventures within the creative and fashion design sectors. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the creative industry and at least 7 years of experience and super tech savvy
Update/ upload online stock, help with customer queries, liaising with manufacturers/ shipping firms, sourcing items, planning shoots, social media content, copywriting, recce’ing potential London pop-up locations. Other ad-hoc support as required.
Just generally be a useful pair of hands, bounce ideas off or get them off the ground, organise and help grow the business. Help with personal or family arrangements, run errands.
