About the Role:
We are seeking a mature, reliable, and quick-learning Receptionist & Administrator to join our passionate team. This is a job-share, part-time role covering Fridays and Saturdays, with flexibility to cover occasional additional shifts.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Parnell wellness centre.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Warm client interactions: Welcome clients, manage bookings, handle phone/email inquiries
Admin support: Appointment scheduling, check-ins, invoicing, and managing client records using Zenoti
Product knowledge: Understand our skincare and wellness products to assist clients and support retail sales
Clinic presentation: Maintain a serene, clean, and organized front desk and reception area
Customer service: Handle feedback with grace, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience
Stock oversight: Support stock management and retail display
Team spirit: Work collaboratively with therapists and practitioners; attend team huddles and trainings
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years' experience in front desk, reception, or admin (clinic, wellness or spa experience preferred)
Saturday availability is essential — reliability and consistency matter in this client-facing role
A natural interest in holistic wellbeing or Ayurveda
Professionalism, maturity, and a calm, warm presence
Great communication and multitasking skills
Technically capable (Zenoti, MS Office, email, EFTPOS/cash handling)
Strong organisational skills and initiative
Valid NZ work visa/residency and your own transport
