Carlton and Ballarat. Our passion is to provide treatments and services using the most reputable

products and equipment to deliver our patients with noticeable results. The Clinica Lase philosophy

is about empowering our patients by helping to maximize confidence relating to their skin, health,

and hair needs.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly and professional

team in Ballarat.

The role will involve:

Taking phones calls and liaising with clients
Managing bookings
Meeting and greeting clients
Assisting Clinic Coordinator & Operations Manager with day-to-day duties.
Assisting Clinicians, Nurses & Doctors in-room preparation
Retailing products
The successful candidate will:

Articulate and be well presented
Fluent English speaker
Able to multi-task
Well organized
Enthusiastic about the Aesthetic industry
Enjoy working within a small team
Confident in retailing, recommending, and discussing products with clients (training will be
provided)
Confident in using a computer including Microsoft Office.
