Job Summary
Part-Time Restorative Dentist Opportunity – Path to Full-Time
| Fully Digital Practice | Mentorship Available
This is a growth position for our practice.
Are you a motivated and patient-focused dentist looking to join a modern, thriving practice outside the GTA hustle?
Our well-established, fully digital dental practice — equipped with in-house milling, 3D printing, and digital scanning technology — is seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. This role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position for the right candidate.
We have a collaborate approach culture of 15 highly skilled professionals with a focus on achieving high level relationships between staff and patients. We are privately owned with tremendous patient growth in a small laid back community.
Location: Bracebridge, Ontario – Just 1.5 hours north of the GTA in the heart of Cottage Country in Muskoka— enjoy a balanced lifestyle with access to nature and a loyal patient base, without compromising on professional growth.
What We Offer:
Compensation above GTA averages
Non - Assignment office
Daily Per Diem for the first two months - % on collections afterwards

- Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-3, Saturday 9-2

Strong leadership and practice culture
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical assessments and diagnostic tools.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures.
Utilize dental CAD/CAM technology for designing restorations and other dental appliances.
Manage pediatric patients with specialized care techniques in pediatrics dentistry.
Document patient records accurately using electronic health record systems Curve.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry, including new procedures, materials, and technologies.
Skills
Proficiency with electronic health record systems, Curve experience an asset.
Experience with iMedit and other scanning tools.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
Excellent diagnostic skills combined with attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for licensed dentists committed to providing exceptional patient care while utilizing state-of-the-art technology in a supportive practice environment
