What does your day look like?
• Identifying and understanding customers' unique needs and recommending suitable ACE products and services.
• Communicating effectively with customers to empathize with their challenges and build their trust.
• Providing exceptional customer service to nurture lasting customer relationships.
• Handling various services, which might include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill payment, and card services depending on the store.
• Maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
We’re searching for Sales Associates with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work independently, taking ownership of overall store performance. Building trust with customers is our priority; therefore, you'll need to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with their needs to provide outstanding service. Familiarity with our diverse range of financial products and services is essential, and two or more years of retail experience is preferred. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus in several of our markets, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Travel:
Travel is mostly local but may include visits to multiple stores in a single day when necessary.
Physical Demands:
This role requires regular standing for extended periods, as well as sitting, walking, reaching, bending, and engaging in verbal communication and active listening. Employees must be able to see clearly at both short and long distances, with the ability to adjust focus as necessary. Occasionally, lifting or moving items up to 25 lbs may be required.
The ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area is necessary, in accordance with state-specific labor laws.
