A team-oriented Burnaby-based company founded in 2010, we offer a selection of high quality luggage, travel essentials, backpacks, & more through friendly, knowledgeable, customer-focused Sales Associates. You'll have an opportunity to learn, grow and continually gain valuable skills while being eligible for merchandise discounts.

Candidates We're Seeking...
> 20-25 hours/week - 3 days/week
> Available weekends
> Have availability between 10 am - +:15 pm (11 am - 7:15pm on Sundays)
> Fluency in Mandarin is an asset but not a requirement
> Available to work from now until at least January 2026
> Comfortable approaching customers, being on your feet for long periods of time, lifting, pushing, pulling up to 30 lbs/14 kg, climbing ladders and stairs, etc.
> Punctual, outgoing, strong work ethic, mature, reliable team player
> Excellence in sales/customer service/communication skills
A Typical Day with Us...
> Approaching customers, offering a welcoming environment and exceptional service
> Cash-handling, generating sales
> Keeping store clean, well-stocked and visually appealing
> Taking out garbage, lifting, pushing and pulling heavy boxes, pulling heavy pieces of luggage from boxes
> Processing shipments & online orders
> Understanding, developing and communicating to customers product knowledge
> Adhering to procedures, policies and practices which align with company directives
