Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed individual and company sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences
Build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized service
Follow all company policies and procedures, including pricing, signing, and loss prevention protocols
Tactfully address conflicts, identify concerns, and commit to positive solutions
Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and maintaining visual displays, and general housekeeping to ensure an inspiring store environment
Support in processing and replenishing merchandise
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and selling skills and the ability to work independently
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
High integrity, respect for others, and professionalism in all interactions
Self-motivation and the initiative to complete tasks without direct supervision
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous retail experience preferred, especially in a luxury or high-end setting
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, during the seasonal period
