$100/week + bonuses | Remote + 1–2 monthly visits to Manor, TX
We’re looking for a creative, TikTok-native content creator who understands how social media actually works — trends, hooks, fast editing, engagement, and TikTok Shop. If you are someone who naturally knows how to make videos people watch, share, and buy from, this is for you.
This role is fast-moving, creative, and results-based. If you can show proof that you’ve grown accounts organically, you’ll be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Create 2 TikTok videos per day (Mon–Fri) — can be batched and scheduled.
Stay on top of trends, TikTok Shop tools, and what boosts visibility.
Post, schedule, and engage with accounts to grow organic reach.
Comment, reply, and be active in the niche daily.
Come onsite in Manor, TX 1–2 times per month to film with products (paid separately).
Must Haves
Proof that you’ve grown accounts organically (portfolio, screenshots, before/after metrics).
Ability to create short-form content quickly and edit in CapCut, TikTok, or similar.
Understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, storytelling, and TikTok Shop.
Reliable, consistent, and able to hit deliverables without hand-holding.
What You’ll Get
$100/week base pay for the content + engagement listed above.
Extra pay for any in-person filming days at our Manor, TX property.
