Position Overview
Loved Twice Bridal is a curated bridal consignment boutique in Los Angeles with six years in business and a growing national presence. We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to manage our TikTok and Instagram presence — creating content, posting consistently, and actively engaging with our community every day. This is a hands-on, in-store role. You will work closely with the owner to bring the brand to life on camera, help coordinate models and shoot days, keep content flowing during the owner’s absence, and represent the brand voice across platforms.
Position Details
Location: Beverly Hills (Los Angeles, CA )(in-store, part-time)
Hours: 12–20 hours per week, with a flexible weekly schedule
Compensation: $25–$35/hour, commensurate with experience
Bonus: Performance-based bonuses available based on account growth and content results
Type: Part-time W-2 employee
Responsibilities
Content Creation
Film and edit 4–5 TikTok videos per week in-store
Repurpose TikTok content as Instagram Reels
Create 3–4 Instagram static posts per week
Publish 7–10 Instagram Stories per week; a portion can be scheduled in advance using Planoly or a similar tool
Collaborate with the owner to film small business owner content that is authentic, on-brand, and relevant to our audience
Write captions and research relevant hashtags for every post
Schedule content using Planoly or TikTok’s built-in scheduler
Model & Shoot Coordination
Source, schedule, and communicate with on-camera models for content shoot days
Coordinate shoot logistics in-store: timing, outfits, and content direction
Be present on set to direct models, capture footage, and ensure content goals are met
Coverage & Continuity
Work with the owner to plan ahead and build a content bank for scheduled or unplanned absences
Maintain consistent posting cadence and engagement activity when the owner is unavailable
Proactively identify gaps in the content calendar and fill them independently
Daily Engagement (4–5 hrs/week)
Respond to all comments and DMs on TikTok and Instagram daily
Spend 15–20 minutes per day commenting on other accounts in the bridal, fashion, and LA local space
Use TikTok’s video reply feature to turn strong comments into new content opportunities
Admin & Communication (1–2 hrs/week)
Weekly 15–30 minute check-in with the owner
Deliver a brief monthly performance recap: what’s performing, what’s not, and recommended adjustments
Organize and access shared content drive for raw footage and assets
What We’re Looking For
Active, confident presence on TikTok — you understand the platform and what makes content work
Comfortable in front of a camera, modeling gowns, filming and directing others, including the business owner, in a natural and relaxed way
Experience growing accounts through both content and community engagement
Comfortable coordinating talent and managing shoot-day logistics
Reliable and proactive — able to keep things moving independently when the owner is away
Self-starter who can manage their own schedule within a flexible part-time framework
Genuine interest in fashion, sustainability, or the bridal/wedding space
Los Angeles-based and available to work in-store on a consistent weekly schedule
Nice to Have
Experience with CapCut, Planoly, or similar editing/scheduling tools
Portfolio or examples of TikTok or Reels accounts you’ve managed
Familiarity with consignment, resale, or sustainable fashion
Pinterest experience: Candidates with active Pinterest management experience are strongly encouraged to highlight this. Pinterest is an additional platform we’re looking to activate, and additional hours are available for the right person.

This role starts between 12 and 20 hours per week, but we’re not looking for someone to just fill a slot — we’re looking for someone to grow with us. Loved Twice Bridal is in an active expansion phase: new markets, brand partnerships, and events programming. As the brand grows, so does the opportunity. For the right person, there is real potential for increased hours, expanded responsibilities, and a larger role with a brand that’s building something meaningful in the bridal space.
