Job Duties and Responsibilities of Staff Pharmacist:
• Advocate for patient-centered care, adapting to diverse patient needs and backgrounds
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in patient care, from counseling to processing prescriptions and administering immunizations
• Participate in community outreach and events, including regular Wellness Days
• Provide guidance and support to pharmacy staff on customer service approaches
• Understand and manage the business aspects of the pharmacy, from inventory control to compliance
Qualifications and Experience of Staff Pharmacist:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Pharmacy license (required by job entry date)
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
