Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services. Your goal will be to generate sales leads, explain product features, and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:
Contact potential customers by telephone to introduce our products or services.
Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
Answer questions from customers and address any concerns they may have.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify sales leads generated through outbound calling efforts.
Maintain a database of prospective customers and follow up with them regularly.
Gather and document customer information, such as contact details and preferences.
Sales Pitch:
Present promotional offers, discounts, and incentives to encourage purchases.
Persuade customers to buy products or services by highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
Follow up on sales leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
Provide personalized service and support to customers throughout the sales process.
Reporting and Documentation:
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for review by the Sales Manager.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve collective sales goals.
Share insights, feedback, and best practices with colleagues to optimize sales strategies.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
