Location: Greater Phoenix Area (Hybrid/Remote with Local Travel)
Compensation: $25/hour | 15–20 hours per week + cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement

Position Overview
Entryway Arizona is seeking a Part-Time Participant Support & Employment Coordinator to support program participants during their first year of employment and housing. This role focuses on proactive follow-up, early problem-solving, employer communication, long-term outcome tracking, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, self-directed, and motivated by helping others succeed.
This position reports to the Executive Director, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
Participant Support
Conduct scheduled check-ins with participants at key milestones (Weeks 1, 2, 4; Months 2, 3, 6, 9, and 12)
Identify early challenges related to employment, housing, transportation, or personal stability
Provide encouragement, resources, and referrals as needed
Escalate concerns to leadership when appropriate
Employer Engagement
Conduct employer check-ins at 2 weeks, 30 days, 60 days, and quarterly
Gather feedback on participant performance and progress
Document successes and address concerns early
Strengthen long-term employer partnerships
Intake & Readiness Support
Assist with participant intake and readiness calls
Support training enrollment and job-matching processes
Help ensure participants are prepared for workplace expectations
Data & Reporting
Track participant outcomes over a 12-month period
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Summarize trends and outcomes for leadership, board members, and funders
Program & Community Engagement
Assist with coordination of mentors, volunteers, and community resources
Support special projects and program initiatives
Help plan, host, and support fundraising and job training events
Represent Entryway at referral partner sites and community locations through presentations and outreach
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and community organizations
Participate in team meetings and planning efforts
Qualifications
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
High level of professionalism, empathy, and reliability
Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
Comfortable using technology (email, spreadsheets, virtual meetings, databases)
Reliable transportation for local travel
Preferred
Experience in workforce development, social services, housing services, or case management
OR
Experience in multifamily housing, property management, leasing, maintenance, or resident services
Experience working with individuals facing housing or employment barriers
Experience with data tracking or reporting systems
Candidates with either strong social services experience or strong housing industry experience are encouraged to apply.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time: 15–20 hours per week
Flexible schedule with some evening or weekend availability as needed
$25 per hour
Includes travel and phone stipend
