Job Description
Client Acquisition and management • Monitor, mentor, and manage the team • Business development and revenue generation • Experience in Debt, general lending, borrowing, ECBs, various types of security creation, finance involving bonds, NCDs, debentures, etc • Actual working knowledge of IBC would be a plus point. • Drafting and finalizing applications for Financial Creditors, Operational Creditors, and Corporate Applicants • Review and finalize legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts, and company compliance • Provide advisory services, negotiate settlements • Client counseling & Legal research Requirements • LLB or LLM • A minimum of 15-20 years experience as a corporate lawyer (area of practice- Banking & Finance) • Excellent Managerial, Negotiation & communication skills • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail • Candidates residing in Mumbai and Delhi will be preferred
