Partner & Brand Marketing Specialist New
Remote Full-Time General
IntelliGRC is seeking a Partner & Brand Marketing Specialist to take action and accelerate our presence in the GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) space. Our goal? To ensure our groundbreaking compliance platform takes center stage—especially among our MSP (Managed Service Provider) partners. We need a marketing specialist who can listen to internal team communications and development releases, craft compelling stories, coordinate with partners on co-marketing campaigns, and leverage AI-driven tools (and HubSpot mastery) to deliver messaging that consistently hits the mark.

Why IntelliGRC? We’re on a mission to transform compliance into a straightforward, automated experience. Join us, and you’ll be part of a nimble team where your impact isn’t just seen—it’s celebrated. If you thrive on professional messaging, strategic storytelling, growing a brand, and harnessing AI for marketing, this is your next big move.

The successful candidate demonstrates subject matter expertise in brand strategy and consistency, maintaining IntelliGRC’s voice and visuals across all channels and co-branded assets. They excel in content creation and AI integration, leveraging tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, Runway, OPUSClip, ElevenLabs, and Jasper to optimize marketing content—from social media posts to long-form whitepapers. They are proficient in HubSpot management and outbound campaigns, designing targeted initiatives, and refining performance through data-driven insights. In social and digital marketing, they take a proactive, data-focused approach, running editorial calendars for podcasts, webinars, and speaking engagements to keep IntelliGRC’s online presence fresh and engaging. They also have a strong background in partner co-marketing and collaboration, executing joint campaigns, co-branded materials, and event strategies with MSPs and other partners. Additionally, they drive event and conference activation by spearheading IntelliGRC’s presence at trade shows, partner events, and conferences, including pre- and post-event marketing. Finally, they excel in analytics and optimization by tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics—such as lead quality, web traffic, and conversion rates—and using those insights to make data-backed recommendations.

We offer generous medical, dental, life and disability insurance; flexible spending; 401(k) matching, ample vacation/leave time, as well as training/skill building opportunities and a great work environment.
