Reporting to the Director Partnerships and Engagement, you will be responsible for achieving client recruitment and enrollment goals for Up With Women/Exponenti'elles ("UWW/EXP") programs and services. The Partner Development and Outreach Specialist will build and maintain trusting meaningful relationships with community partners to generate program applicants who are committed to taking steps toward a meaningful career via UWW/EXP’ programs.
