Join Baptcare’s NDIS Partner in the Community (PITC) program as a Data Analyst, where you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights that inform executive decision‑making and strengthen service delivery across multiple regions.

This role is suited to a highly capable, self‑directed professional with advanced technical expertise who can independently extract, analyse and visualise data from multiple enterprise systems, and confidently present insights to leaders and teams.

About the Opportunity

As a Data Analyst, you will work autonomously across geographically dispersed teams to deliver high‑quality reporting, dashboards and insights that support program performance, compliance, quality improvement and strategic planning.

You will integrate data from multiple business systems and translate complex information into clear, compelling visual and written narratives for Executive Leadership Teams (ELT) and operational stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Independently extract, analyse and interpret data from multiple enterprise systems, including CRM platforms and business applications.

Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards and data models using tools such as Power BI, Excel, PANDA and SQL.

Integrate data from systems including Salesforce, SAP CRM, and Microsoft platforms to produce accurate, reliable insights.

Convert complex datasets into clear visual presentations, executive slide packs and written reports.

Present insights, trends and performance reporting to Leadership, Operations Teams and to other internal/external stakeholders.

Identify trends, risks and opportunities to support continuous improvement and evidence‑based decision‑making.

Maintain strong data governance, integrity and compliance standards.

Work proactively and autonomously, demonstrating initiative and accountability without the need for close supervision.

Collaborate remotely with teams across multiple regions, supporting diverse operational and strategic needs.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Data Analyst with advanced technical and analytical capability.

Strong proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience working with CRM and enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP CRM.

Proven ability to build executive‑level reports, dashboards and visual presentations.

Strong capability to translate complex data into clear and meaningful insights.

Confidence presenting data and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.

High level of initiative, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across dispersed or remote teams.

Experience in health, community, social or disability services is desirable but not essential.
