Full job description
My client is a scale up lender with a competitive SME cashflow offering which has disrupted UK market since launching in 2022. After 2 successful funding rounds, they are now focusing on growth and looking for Partnership Lead to shape the embedded finance GTM strategy.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
Build and own the GTM strategy for partnerships
Identification and Prospecting of high potential partners – Ecommerce platforms, payment providers, B2B SaS, Fintech Aggregators
Collating a solid competitive pitch in the market of how you can add value to partners in current ecosystem
Developing co-marketing and commercial partnership models which drive acquisition of customers and revenue for all parties
Own lifecycle of deal from outreach / pitch through to optimisation and renewal.
Analyse and understand the embedded finance ecosystem to identify my clients USP and build a competitive playbook to pitch to partners
Work with the UK based tech & product team to develop continuous improvements for API and Embedded partners to ensure continuous successful delivery
Essential Skills and Competencies
Previous success in acquiring new partnerships within the Embedded Finance landscape
3-5 yrs experience in the SME lending ecosystem
Confidently bring a network of SaS, Payments & Ecommerce platforms
Familiarity with API led integrations
Ability to work in scale up fast paced environment
