Job Description
Exclusive position available for an experienced Property Lawyer / Partner to join a specialist Sydney CBD Construction and Property Projects Law Firm. The position would be well suited to a Property Lawyer who is currently a Partner or Principal of a Property Practice and would like to join an established firm.
A transferable practice would be highly preferable.

The Practice Works On a Wide Range Of Matters From Small-scale Leasing Arrangements Through To Some Of The Most Complex Redevelopment And Infrastructure Projects In Australia Including The Following
Infrastructure and energy
Options and project agreements
Financing, FIRB and duties
Developments
Contracts
Leasing
About the Firm:
Established for 20 years solely specialising in Construction and Property Law
Multiple Doyles Guided / Award- winning firm
40 staff Firm with luxurious Sydney CBD offices
Requirements:
10-20 years PAE in Property Law
Ideally you have experience at Partner or Principal level and have a proven record with clients.
You are motivated, and enjoy networking, business development and have a desire to build on an existing practice.
