The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more.

As a Partner Solution Sales Specialist, Modern Work - West you will work with our Top Managed Partners. You will work closely with them to drive sales at scale and to deliver revenue impact to the business. You will provide Sales Readiness and Deal Coaching and Manage Top Deal Execution. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your Solution Area Knowledge, Grow your Business Acumen and hone your skills in Sales Leadership.

Responsibilities
• Own Modern Work United States (US) West Co-Sales Plan with Top partners
• Create a joint Modern Work sales plan with your set of Territory Partners that is designed to drive Solution Area sales.
• Institute a regular Sales Rhythm to ensure sales execution and Pipeline generation
• Lead a monthly Sales ROB to ensure scale execution. Provide support for any commercial/tech blockers through an extended team of resources, with the objective of creating and optimizing Partner Pipeline management.
• Provide Sales Readiness and Deal Coaching
• Accelerate sales performance through your Territory Partners. Coach the partner on the Modern Work value conversation. Support scale campaigns to accelerate revenue growth. Act conduit between the Partner and Microsoft sellers.
• Leverage Programs/Investments to accelerate deals
• Leverage all incentives, programs and available resources to ensure deal acceleration and execution
• Manage top deals
• Support the partner in driving top key deals to deliver revenue impact to the business. Assist in removing blockers and coach on compete challenges.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree AND 3+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development
• OR equivalent experience.

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development
• OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development
• OR Doctorate
• OR equivalent experience.
• Experience selling endpoint, cloud, or security solutions
• Successful completion Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals exam (SC-+00)

Partner Solution Sales IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,300 - $146,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $111,700 - $161,700 per year.
