We are seeking a seasoned professional to partner with us in managing high-net-worth client portfolios and providing investment advice, while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Job Title: Partner
Key Responsibilities:
Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships by fulfilling their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by the bank.
Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view, achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
Acquire customers through natural market, open market activities, references from internal sources via existing branch and digital networks.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Forge effective relationships and maintain a high relationship management orientation.
Focus on service delivery and execution-oriented results achievement.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Team development and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Target achievement of team members' goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, math, commerce, arts, science, biology, business, computers, or management.
MBA or PGDM preferred.
10-18 years of relevant experience.
