We’re currently seeking a Partnership Event Coordinator to support the seamless execution of partnership initiatives, events, and brand activations across our diverse portfolio. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact experiences that elevate our brand. You'll also nurture your own network of partner relationships nationwide, ensuring our brand is consistently represented with excellence.

As a key player within the partnerships team, you’ll be instrumental in executing standout event programs that align with our Brand, Marketing, and Customer strategies. You’ll identify new opportunities to grow our reach and help position Entain as an industry leader through innovative, on-brand activations. Where and how you can work...

We have offices expanding across multiple locations in New Zealand and Australia. This is a full time role based in our Auckland office and will involve some regional travel to locations and venues.

Your day-to-day...

Coordinate the implementation of all required activity involving partnerships.
Maintain and grow partnerships to create mutually beneficial relationships.
Deliver a high level of partner and stakeholder satisfaction through providing prompt, customer focused, and professional responses to all enquiries.
Coordinate all aspects of partnership events & activations, ensuring all activity reflects brand values.
Provide support to and embrace joint responsibility with the greater Entain team for all partnership activities.
Assist with tailor-made and innovative strategies to achieve best results for each partner.
Record and report on partnership activity including post campaign & budgeting.
Ensure all ideas around partnerships can be successfully executed within budget and are compliant with codes and standards.
You're a match if you have…

Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service, with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
3+ years of experience in Event or Partnership Coordination would be desirable.
A passion for sport, racing, and a keen interest in the wagering industry would be desirable.
Solid track record in end-to-end execution of partnership events.
Proven experience in brand briefs and agency interaction.
An influential flair and expertise in building relationships with a diverse group of people.
Ability to demonstrate customer-focused creative thinking.
The desire to work collaboratively, while also holding confident level of autonomous ambition.
