Role Overview:
We are looking for a hustler and relationship builder who can own the partnerships and client acquisition process with advertising agencies, production houses, movie studios, and dubbing studios—especially in Mumbai and regional hotspots.
You will act as a hunter (new business) and a farmer (retainer/account manager) – a full-stack sales professional who can initiate, pitch, convert, and manage key accounts using a blend of modern and traditional sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Identify and reach out to ad agencies, production houses, dubbing studios, and OTT/content studios in Mumbai and regional hubs.
Prospect through referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, cold outreach, and strategic intros.
Represent Vaanee AI’s multilingual dubbing solutions with clear understanding and storytelling.
Pitching & Conversion
Craft custom sales pitches and presentations based on the client's genre, language needs, and workflow.
Use industry insights, case studies, proof of concepts, and strong follow-ups to convert leads.
Close deals for project-based dubbing as well as retainer-based partnerships.
Account Management
Be the single point of contact for clients—pre-sale, post-sale, and during delivery.
Collaborate with internal dubbing teams and tech teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Upsell and cross-sell services (e.g., multi-language versions, express TAT, AI-voice testing, etc.).
Sales Strategy & Execution
Use a mix of orthodox B2B practices and advanced sales tactics to win accounts.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline, CRM logs, and client feedback loop.
Contribute to pricing models, negotiation scripts, objection handling, and long-term GTM playbooks.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Must-Have Skills:
3–8 years of experience in sales or partnership roles in media, production, advertising, or SaaS for creative industries.
Strong network or connections in Mumbai’s media/ad film/OTT/dubbing ecosystem.
Experience in consultative selling, solution pitching, and enterprise/account management.
Excellent communication – Hindi + English fluency; regional languages are a bonus.
Nice-to-Have:
Understanding of post-production workflows, dubbing pipeline, or AI-driven creative tools.
Experience with CRM tools, sales automation, and deal lifecycle tracking.
Proven ability to close mid-to-high ticket B2B deals.

Number of qualified partnerships closed per quarter
Client retention and repeat business percentage
Revenue and retainer contracts generated
Turnaround time from prospecting to closure
Client satisfaction and delivery alignment
