About the role
This role plays a key part in supporting Gallagher’s growth by helping new merger partners smoothly integrate into the business. You’ll analyse vendor insurance portfolios, support onboarding activities, and ensure governance standards are maintained. You’ll also work closely with the Products & Partnerships team to manage key national products and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and internal stakeholders. Your contribution will help deliver successful M&A outcomes and drive ongoing improvements across the business.
Key Accountabilities:
Analyse new M&A partners, including their insurance portfolios, products, agreements, systems, and market position
Support onboarding of merger partners pre‑ and post‑completion through in‑person and virtual engagement
Manage national Personal Lines and Farm products, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and optimal utilisation
Maintain governance processes across Products & Partnerships and insurance partner markets
Build effective collaboration with insurance partners and internal teams to align with Gallagher’s strategy
Assist the Products & Partnerships team with BAU tasks and project work
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement aligned with business goals
What we are looking for
Motivated self-starter with a solid understanding of the insurance industry
Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to analyse insurance portfolios and develop comprehensive information for acquisition projects
Strategic mindset with a commitment to driving operational excellence
Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
Proactive approach to supporting the national Products and Partnerships team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience as an insurance broker is highly regarded
