This role

As our Partnerships Account Executive, you’ll work closely with our UK Partnerships Manager and play a key role in scaling high-impact partner relationships that drive sustainable pipeline and revenue growth across the UK market.

Your key focus areas will be:

Growing revenue through a portfolio of high-performing referral and strategic partners
Building and converting a strong partner-led pipeline into closed-won deals
Deepening partner engagement, capability and advocacy for Employment Hero
Contributing to the acceleration of our UK growth as we scale towards our BHAG
This will include:

Managing and growing a portfolio of UK-based referral and strategic partners
Driving partner-sourced pipeline through enablement, joint planning and execution
Owning the end-to-end sales cycle for partner-referred opportunities
Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to maximise impact
Forecasting accurately and consistently delivering against revenue targets
Using data and insights to prioritise effort and continuously improve performance

A data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
