The Opportunity

A unique opportunity to join Create Melbourne! An incredible role in the Partnerships pillar, this AM will lead implementation, and lead responses that champion content and creativity.

Lead project management with support from your team, ensuring best-in-class delivery across campaigns.
Act as a trusted client advisor, managing expectations, solving issues, and confidently presenting work.
Drive strategic, creative, and tactical responses, including partnership development and execution.
Lead and contribute to client/media meetings, workshops, brainstorms, and planning sessions.
Provide clear, concise communication to clients with informed points of view where relevant.
Own finance processes, monitor project hours, manage scope, and negotiate effectively with partners.
Support OMD Create's marketing initiatives and collaborate with other SBUs to unlock cross-sell opportunities.
About you

3-5 years experience needed with a keen interest in partnerships, experiential activations and branded content.
The Partnerships Manager supports the entire Partnerships team at all stages of the sponsorship life cycle.
