Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities. Develop strategies to drive revenue, market expansion, and innovation.
• Partner Engagement: Reach out to potential partners, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Partnership Operations: liaisoning and coordination with existing partners, making time-bound reports, and sharing these reports internally and with the partner's team. Handling leads coming up from partners, record keeping, Follow-ups, Cold reach out ( Phone/Email/Linkedin).
• GTM: execution of various GTM activities in coordination with internal teams and partner's marketing team.
• Sales and Business Development: Target potential clients, and create and present compelling sales pitches to drive our products adoption.
• Performance Monitoring: Track partnership performance and provide regular reports.
• Networking: Attend industry events to expand our network and stay updated on market trends.
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 1-4 years in business development or partnership management.
• Proven track record in developing and managing partnerships, with a solid understanding of sales strategies and business development.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, results-driven, with a passion for strategic alliances and business growth.
