IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Yorkdale Ford as a Parts Counter Sales Person.
Location: 3130 Dufferin St, Toronto, ON M6A 2S6
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented and has a strong desire to succeed.
Here's what you'll deliver:
Efficiently help customers select the right parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality service.
Answer telephone calls, and pricing, and provide any other information.
Taking orders by telephone for retail and wholesale customers while servicing technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts.
Receive payments from retail customers.
Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's policies and guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed:
PBS, experience is beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
Customer relationship skills including listening and the ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills and pays attention to detail.
Ability to follow set and standard procedures.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed.
Ability to work independently and take self-initiative.
Must have a valid G driver's license and clean drivers’ abstract.
Knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs.
Basic computer skills.
